I own a lot of recipe books, and most of them are bought because they look nice, or have one or two frequently used recipes in. This one was bought for health reasons, cutting down on fat is good right?
We bought this book about 2 weeks ago, and have already tried 5 or 6 recipes from it, this is some kind of record for us. Most of the recipes aren't too much hassle, and so far we've only had one dissapointing meal.
Current favourites are: Spicy Beanburgers (Page 88) with Low fat chips (Page 108). We've also enjoyed the Red Bean Chilli (Page 47) and the Quick Bean and Sweetcorn pie (Page 102). And there are still more recipes waiting for us to try.
